

Perry Douglas Wulfe, age 67 passed away on June 23, 2024 in San Antonio, TX. Perry was born to Jean F. Wulfe and Jesse E. Wulfe in San Antonio, TX on May 1, 1957. Perry attended the Robert E. Lee High School in San Antonio. He attended college at the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with a Bachelors in Business and Administration as a Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity brother and then earned a Masters in Accounting at the University of Houston. He was involved in many charitable organizations, including Jewish Family Services, Golden Manor, Treasurer of the Temple Beth-El, and the Jean and Jesse Fund. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amy Rae Konig Wulfe; his father, Jesse Wulfe; his mother, Jean Wulfe; and grandparents Hazel and Leon Wulfe, and Janie and HJ Fries. Perry is survived by his sons, Steven, Michael, Jared, and Benjamin Wulfe; his brother, Alan Wulfe (Deborah); his sister, Susan Gindy (Kenneth); and his dogs, Poe and Archie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and many wonderful and loving cousins and friends.
Perry will be remembered for many things. He was intelligent, warm and a caring father and husband. He was involved with the Jewish Family Services and Golden Manor charities. He was fiercely independent and a great leader of the community. Perry was the CFO/CIO at his family business at Alamo Aircraft Ltd, started by his grandfather and father in 1946. He loved Star Wars and Star Trek. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan, a long time Spurs season ticket holder, a lover of Longhorn sports as well as the Dallas Cowboys. He collected sports memorabilia throughout his life. He enjoyed his late nights hanging out with his dogs watching Heroes and Icons or the Food Network on television.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Beth-El Memorial Park. Rabbi Marina Yergin is officiating.
