Rachael was born January 16th 2002 in San Antonio, Texas. In August of 2013 Rachael was diagnosed with cancer. Rachael fought long and hard to beat it, and even though her tremendous spirit and stubborn will never gave up the fight, her tender body just could not go on any longer.
Rachael was a beautiful soul who cared very deeply for all of her family and friends. Rachael was so full of life and love for others. Her smile was one of a kind and filled the world with joy. She loved life and the world's beauty.
She loved animals and nature, hiking, fishing and hunting. She loved to run and climb trees; she loved the mountains, the snow and especially the water. She loved swinging under the oak trees and going camping under the stars. She loved to play softball and watch Ryan play his sports. She loved working with animals and showing goats.
Rachael loved reading, writing stories and art. She loved sports on Saturday and Church on Sunday. She just LOVED! She could not have been a better sister to Ryan, they were so very close. Rachael loved " LIL' Bubba" from day one. We are so proud of how well she looked after him. She loves so many people and is loved by so many.
In thirteen short years she has inspired so many with her story. Rachael was very blessed to have made so many wonderful friends who truly loved and cared about her, supporting her in every way. Rachael is so thankful for everyone who held her hand down this journey; it has been hard on all that love her. She could not have fought so long and hard without all of the love and support she was given. From a very early age Rachael loved the Lord and her faith was strong.
She never gave up her trust in God's plan and she never got angry. Our angel went to rest in perfect peace, where she can run again with beautiful brown hair and feel no more pain.
