Ralph Donald Pardue, age 80, went to be with the Lord on December 13, 2014 in New Braunfels, TX. He was born on April 8, 1934 in North Wilkesboro, NC to Elbert & Otilla Pardue. He served proudly in the U. S. Marine Corp. and U.S. Air Force. He later retired from Kraft foods after 30 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ralph D. Pardue, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Delores D. Pardue; 2 children, John Pardue and Nancy Plummer; 2 step-children, Thomas Styles and Lisa Newton; 8 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; numerous other loving relatives.
Visitation will be 7-9 pm, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home. The Graveside Service will be 9:30 am, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
