Randall R. "Randy" Erwin

FEBRUARY 6, 1943 – MARCH 4, 2015

Randall R. Erwin, born February 6th 1943, departed from this life on March 4th 2015. He was 72 years old. Randall was a distinguished military retiree serving in the United States Marine Corps, United States Army and United States Army Reserve for over 30 years. Randall’s many contributions to his country include his honorable service in the Vietnam War and his extensive work as a safety inspector with the Federal Aviation Administration. He enjoyed fishing and bowling as well as watching his favorite football teams and golf tournaments. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years; Marsie, his children; Darci, Jennifer and Christopher, grandchildren; Brandy, Sierra and Mckenna, sisters and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on March 17th from 6pm to 8pm and services will be held on March 18th at noon. Both will be held at Sunset Memorial Park and Funeral Home at 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Texas 78218. Interment will proceed after the services on the 18th at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery where Randall will receive full military honors.
