Randolph Lindsey Penn passed peacefully into the arms of his Lord on January 17, 2023. Randy was born November 12, 1958 in San Antonio, Texas to Roger and Helen Penn. He earned his Bachelor and Master in Business degrees from University of Texas – San Antonio. A true entrepreneur, he founded Penn International Insurance in 1993.
Randy is survived by his wife of 30 years Mina Penn, daughters Rachel and Robin, and sister-in-law Cynthia. He will be missed for his kind and generous nature.
