

Randy is survived by his wife Eloise Jackson, of Universal City, Texas; his son Patrick and Jennifer Jackson of Schertz, Texas, his Daughter Natasha Jackson, of Cibolo, Texas; and his Daughter-in-law Erica Fitts of Converse, Texas; his step-daughters and son-in-laws, Amber and Jimmy O’Halligan of San Antonio, Texas, and Kara and Derek Salinas of San Antonio, Texas. Brother and sister-in-law Rod and Maggie Jackson of Palm Springs, California. Brother Rory Jackson of South Korea. Sister and brother-in-law Rene and Jean-Marie Van Bronkhorst of Salem, Oregon. Sister and brother-in-law Rochelle and Dan Hoskins of Albany, Oregon. His beloved aunt Barbara Lingenfelder of Santa Maria, California. Several nieces and nephews; And grandchildren, Jade Meissner, Gavin O’Halligan, Jasper Jackson, Levi Jackson, Saoirse O’Halligan, Zoe Salinas, and Sutton Jackson. He is preceded in death by his son Mathew Jackson of Converse, Texas; his father and mother David and Frances Jackson, of Sweet Home, Oregon.
Randy Jackson was born on June 28th 1951 in Portland, Oregon, to parents David and Frances Jackson. He graduated from Kailua High School in 1970. He later earned an associate’s degree in Mechanical Aviation. In 1996 he met Eloise at a New Year’s Eve party. Later, they would marry and he moved to Universal City and accepted a position as a heavy equipment mechanic at H&E Equipment Services, where he worked for more than 12 years.
Randy was a great family man and a loving father. Randy was a social, and active man who was deeply involved in his church, Christ Redeeming Christian Church, for the majority of his life. He enjoyed working on cars, flying his drones at the park, and spending time with his beloved pets. His family and friends will always remember him as a kind, and generous man with an infectious smile.
A funeral is scheduled for Randy on January 2, 2016; at Sunset Memorial Park. Pastor David Funches will officiate. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Randy’s life. The family would like to thank friends and loved ones for their kind gestures and donations through the GoFundMe.
