Regina Noelle Salazar, 19, of San Antonio, went to be with the Lord on January 2, 2022. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on January 22, 2002 to Joy Salazar-Pecina and Alexander Pecina. She was a recent graduate from Holmes High School. Regina had a passion for the outdoors, she loved camping, hiking, climbing Old Baldy at Garner State Park and enjoyed spending time with her grandparents. She is survived by her parents Alexander and Joy Salazar- Pecina; sister Mya D. Salazar, Julia Roberts; brothers Marcus E. Salazar and Jonah A. Pecina; grandparents Ofelia and Elias Salazar; uncle Jeremiah Salazar, Elijah Salazar (Veronica), aunt Eve Salazar; cousins Ivy (Fabian), Timothy, Noah, Gabby, Jake and Josh as well as numerous family and friends. Regina will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation for Regina will be held Friday, January 21, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, followed by a rosary from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
