He is preceded in death by his mother, Antonia Garza; son, Daniel Garza; siblings Juan Jose Garza, Benito Garza, Hebert Garza, Faustino Garza, Jesus Garza, Mary Mendoza, and Lucia Herrera.
Regino is survived by his loving children, John (Norma), Alfonso (Patricia), Edward (Debra), and Lisa (Shenton); he is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A Visitation for Regino will be held Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, with a Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will occur on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 9:00 AM at 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, followed by Interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209, with military honors beginning at 10:45 AM.
