Rex was a classmate of mine. This is our 50th and we have been trying many ways to find Rex. Then we found this. So sorry to see this. Rex and I were Abner and Daisy Mae in the Lil Abner school play. We had many songs and lines to learn for this. He had a great voice. I remember when he came back for one of the reunions we gave each other a bad time...lol He was such a good kind person in high school and I am sure he stayed that way. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time...just know he was well thought of by the Holton High School Class of 65. He will be honored at the class reunion..

Rex was my husband, Alfred Lozano's, EMS partner for over 18 years. Rex was a good friend to Alfred for all of those years. Alfred's stories about Rex and his EMS days are full of life and always reflect the fact that Rex was patient, kind and loved his family. Easily one of my favorite people I've ever met in my whole life. Rex was not only one of my closest friends at work but I always thought of him as my "work dad" cause he always called me "mijo". Amazing man who was always there to share a laugh with you or just lend an ear to hear you complain. If you ever needed advice or even a snack from his lunchbox, Rex would be the first one to help. A man like this will never be replaced and will never be forgotten. Thank you for being in my life and giving me of an example of the man I want to be.

Esther,we were so sad to hear about the loss of someone so dearly as Rex as we knew him to be, we will pray for you and your family.
