Richard C. Cortez was called home to be with the Lord, on November 18, 2013 at the age of 70. He is preceded in death by his parents Juan & Anastasia Cortez, brother Ray Cortez and son-in-law Ralph C. Bustillo. Richard is survived by his loving wife Delia Cortez, daughters: Cynthia Campa (David), Alma Bustillo, Catherine Araiza, grandchidlren: Richard, Savannah, Adriana, Brianna, Tiffany, Albert Noah, Trey, Jacob, sisters: Eva Flores, Carmen Narviz, Mary Cortez, Gloria Vera, brother Bobby Cortez, sister-in-law Gloria Cortez and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 22, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart the funeral home Saturday, November 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. mass of resurrection at St. Joseph South San Catholic Church, with interment to follow at First Memorial Burial Park.
