He was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 26th, 1960. Richard graduated from Edgewood High School class of 1978 and attended St. Philips College earning his associate degree. He retired as a UPS driver for 30 plus years. He was a crucial member of his community serving the Catholic Church of St. Jude. He was a member of the ACTS team and even lead an ACTS retreat.
He was survived by his son Brandon P. Ehrlich, his grandson Ezekiel O. Ehrlich, and his sister Cynthia Whitlock and family.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Treviño funeral home on Cupples Road Sunday July 23rd at 5pm for the viewing. Rosary is at 6pm followed by a small meal. Mass is at St. Jude's Monday July 24th at 10:30 am. Entombment will be at San Fernando Cemetery following Mass.
