Richard F. Jimenez, Sr.

Richard F. Jimenez, Sr. born on April 19, 1940 went to be with our Lord on March 30, 2019 at the age of 78. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Minerva Jimenez; parents, Pedro and Maria Jimenez; brother, William Garza and grandson, Ruben Jimenez. Richard is survived by his loving children, Teresa Flores, Richard Jimenez, Jr. (Sista), Roderick Jimenez (Norma Jean) and Rene Jimenez; sister, Josie Robles, 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, followed by numerous nieces and nephews. Richard enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a big Dallas Cowboy’s and San Antonio Spurs fan, he will be dearly missed by all his close family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. San Antonio, Texas 78237 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, April 5, 2019, his Funeral Service will take place at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
