Richard Wayne Fletcher, a single man, was born on September 14, 1941 in Winchester, VA, where he graduated from James Wood High School in 1960. He attended Shenandoah College in Winchester for 2 years and received a Liberal Arts Diploma in 1962. (It is now Shenandoah University)
He enrolled in The National College of Chiropractic in of Lombardi, IL (a suburb of Chicago) in 1962 and Graduated in Jan. 1967, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. He then taught at National for one semester after Graduation. (It is now The National University of Health Sciences)
In April 1968 he moved to San Francisco, CA. and practiced there until Nov. 1977, when he moved to Houston, TX. He then practiced in Houston at 1245 Yale St. for 28 years, from January 1978 to April of 2006, Whereupon he retired and moved to San Antonio, TX. He resided in San Antonio From 2006 until he passed on February 7, 2024.
