Richard P. Flores

Richard Flores, age 83, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 in San Antonio. He was born in Woodsboro, Texas to parents, David and Frances (Patio) Flores. Richard was the first person in his family to attend college and graduated from The University Of Texas College Of Pharmacy. He owned and operated Huntleigh Pharmacy in the southeast part of San Antonio for 48 years. Richard loved being a pharmacist and serving the community where he is still remembered today. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle and his greatest joy was spending time with his family.

Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years, Belle Flores; children: Richard R. Flores and Christine, Jeanette Flores Eisenmenger and David, Roland Flores and Patty, Michael Flores and Steve McKennis and Modesto Olvera; grandchildren: Katherine (Jeff), Rebecca, Rachel, Elizabeth, Sarah, John Michael, Maddie & Montgomery; brothers, David Flores and Zoila, Billy Flores and Dolores; sister, Alma Garza; numerous nieces and nephews.
