Id known Bob for many years as Ive rented a unit or two (or three) at Fords Landing  since abt 2003. In fact im just now closing out the last two and driving back to Virginia today.  Bob, I miss you terribly. Your kindness and your love - of animals, of people (oh, I mentioned them already hehehe) and of life...was infinite. As are you now and forever. See you in the spirit realm!

  May the Lord Comfort you during this time.  I did not know Robert but we were good friends of Bob Danielson his father.  Hope Dot is doing well, as we have lost contact with her since she moved from the southside.  Bob ministered at the nursing home with me and also Dot. (Two of the sweetest Christian people i have ever met). Please Call us at 210-333-2166.  We did not notice the obit. until a week later.  Again we are very sorry for your loss.

I have such wonderful memories of Bobby, his parents and siblings. Growing up together at Harlandale United Methodist Church, we bonded within the loving guidance of such wonderful families. Bobby blessed everyone he met with his bright smile. He was warm and cheerful every time I saw him over the years. We would reminisce about our days growing up in Harlandale. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted." Matthew 5:4 Heaven is a little brighter with his big, bright smile.

I remember Bobby from our Harlandale Indian Band, and from his wonderful musically-talented parents: his mom, Dorothy, our church organist, and his dad, Robert, the violinist with the San Antonio Symphony and our Harlandale Methodist Church Choir Director.  He will be missed, and they should make room in Heaven's orchestra for another of those talented Danielsons.

I went to school with Bobby at Harlandale HS and remember him as always having a wonderful attitude and smile on his face. I am so sad to hear of his tragic accident. I did not know Mr Danielson personally, but I would see him  walking on Fords Landing everyday with his little dog. I would drive past him and he would smile and wave. I just realized last night that this is the same man who so tragically lost his life.  May you rest in peace Mr Danielson. I will miss seeing you in the neighborhood. My condolences and prayers to your family on such a devistating loss.

I will remember Sharpy for his wonderful spirit. He was always so happy,so kind, so full of life. The twinkle in his eye and the ever present smile say it all. The world is less without him, but heaven is all the better . My condolences to his family and friends and his dog, Smoochy.

To the entire Danielson family:  My husband Jim Howell went to school with Bobby at Harlandale HS.  We later contacted him in 1991 to see if he would photograph our youngest daughter's wedding.  HE DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB. We had him photograph or oldest daughter's wedding later that year. Such a talented man and a joy to be around! Bobby has been our mini-storage manager and friend at Ford's Landing for many years.  He was not only an incredible employee, but also a wonderful friend and a person on whom we could rely to help us in any way he could. His positive and cheerful attitude about life, his job, his family and friends, and his dear Smoochy was contagious. On regular occasions, he would email us pictures of Tyler, whom he just adored.  We will miss him dearly and extend our most sincere condolences to his family. God bless you all.

Dawn, your mom, Uncle Jerry and I were so close when you were born and you were the light of his life.  What a wonderful, caring and loving dad he was.  We played many a backgammon game together.  I am so sorry and will always remember him as such a wonderful and loving man.  Your former Aunt Debbie.

Byron, Susan, and all of the Danielson family:  I am so very sorry for your loss.  It sounds like Robert was an awesome individual who will be greatly missed.  I am sure your lives were enriched by knowing Robert.  May the wonderful memories you have with him help you through this difficult time.

What a great picture Dawn!  So hard, I don't even know what to say.  I love Happy's wisdom when he said he died quick which he wanted and died doing something he loved"  I love you guys so much - God bless you all!!

This is tough..Sharpy and I are old photographers who go back several decades..Back to when he kept a shetland pony in a Motel bathroom while photographing kids in neighborhoods to make cash..We both learned digital photgraphy together in Austin when it was born..RIP Sharp Focus.."Shooting through a filter is like shooting through a rubber" was his quote..
