Robert Dale Ellington

Robert was born in San Antonio, Texas to Anita and Frank Ellington on August 23, 1959. He went to high school in San Antonio and graduated from John Marshall High School. He initially worked at Sony for 8 years, then went on to be an Oil Field Supervisor for PNP Operating for 12 years.

Robert is preceded in death by Anita Ellington, Frank Ellington, and his beloved best friend Angelo Coccaro.

Robert is survived by Brooke Ellington, Billy Ellington, Alexandria Ellington, Arica Grant, and as well as the Maldonado family.

The celebration of life will be Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238.

The family of Robert Ellington wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Mary Jimenez at TTS Research as well as the additional staff.
