Lt. Col. Feay served in the military from 1941 - 1963 and in Civil Service from 1963 - 1984. He served in Germany, Japan, Korea, and the US during WWII and the Korean War. Lt. Col Feay was a 40 year member of Northwood Presbyterian Church where he served in many capacities.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Pearl Feay and his brother, Donald C. Feay. Lt. Col. Feay is survived by his wife of 62 years, Barbara M. Feay of Lake Jackson, TX; brother, Norman Feay of Fargo, ND.; sister, Frances Carpenter of Mission, TX.; nephew, Carl S. Ferguson, Jr. and wife, Barbara; nieces, Jeaneen Darnell and husband, Ron, Barbara Miller and husband, Ken; and numerous great and great-great nephews and nieces. The Family will receive friends Monday evening from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock at Porter Loring.
