Gloria and I first met Bob Musquiz while We all worked together at Rogers Bros.1976-1985 He would make our Day go by so much faster with his Humor and Stories He was a Joy to have as a friend and co-worker I Continued working with”Bubba”after Rogers closed I was at Store #2 Century Plaza He worked at Store #1 after a Few Years I transferred to Store #4 Walzem Sandra Gonzalez was My Lab Supervisor at the same time Steve Coronado was Our District Manager after a Few More Years in 1995 I ended up at Store #1 North Star on Rector working in The Lab again with Robert He had a great knowledge of Optical Experience from his Time at Bausch and Lomb On this One Day our Marker Blockers bulb burned out someone used the last One and didn’t replace Our extra Bob opened a Drawer and pulled out a Protractor and started marking lenses by hand I was amazed that was Old School I asked if he would show Me the Ropes with No hesitation he taught me the technique he even went further and said that he had an extra one lying around the House he would gift it to me and he did that was “Bubba” I Transferred to Store #19 Rolling Oaks and Retired after 35-1/2 years with now Visionworks Vsp Yes, I still have The Protractor Bob gave Me I was able to pass the Knowledge on to My fellow Co-workers.

Bob , the world was a much better place for all that you gave us. 

Meeting you at EyePro Express in the Jan 1985 with all the Rodger’s Brothers /TSO Lab crew, you stood out as your laughter and fellowship was second to none.

Then to discover that you attended La Trinidad when I visited and attended as your and your beloved wife were pillars there ,you were never short of smile and share that gift with everyone you interacted with and no one matched you with your love of rock and rock , no one Bob.

 You made us all better for having known you as Bob you made a huge difference in this world .
Scott leader , supporting the Vets and sure it goes on and on!

Our time is short here and I truly look forward to seeing and laughing again with you in eternity with our brother Jesus Christ.

Bobby he ALWAYS mentioned you when I spoke with him at church He always asked about my mom, I will NEVER forget that.

I worked with Bob since 1986 at Northstar Eyemasters. He was an amazing man who I loved like a brother. He was always happy, we shared lots of funny moments in the labatory where he worked for years as a lab technician. The world was a better place with him. I’m so sad to hear of his passing. I know that he will make all those angels smile.  Sandra

First of all, my condolences to the family for their loss. I met BUBBA when Bobby would come around the VNV/LV MC as a guest, and at times  invite the club over to their house on certain Veteran events. Loved to cook! This hombre was a gentleman and a scholar. Will be missed and may he rest in peace.
