Robert Bob Lee Seabolt, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Bob was born in Boston, Thomas County, GA on October 19, 1939. Bob had a twenty year career as a jet engine mechanic and training instructor in the United States Air Force. He was a Vietnam War veteran. Bob pursued a second twenty year career which allowed him to travel the entire United States with his bride, Betty. His first love and passion was his wife and family. Bobs second passion was traveling he never stopped traveling. He was on vacation in San Antonio, TX from his home in Adel, GA when he went to be with Our Heavenly Father. Bob had a twenty year battle with vascular disease and he succumbed to complications on August 10, 2021. He was preceded in death by, his parents, George Emily Seabolt and Pearl Beaty Seabolt Wimberly; son, Robert Lee Seabolt, Jr.; grandson, Travis Ryan Seabolt; brothers, Raymond Clyde Seabolt and David Thomas Wimberly. Robert is survived by his wife, his Teenage Sweetheart, of 63 years, Betty Joan Seabolt; daughter, Diane Seabolt Elrod; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters; and many other loving relatives.
