Rodney was born on October 21, 1975 to Louis Williams and Ruth Pollentier in Washington, DC.After graduating high school, Rodney continued his education and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word.
Rodney was a very kind hearted and was loyal to family and friends. Rodney never met a stranger; once he met someone they became his friend. Rodney enjoyed writing poetry and he loved spending time with family and friends, he also loved playing poker and playing wizard games.
Rodney was predeceased by his father, Louis "Rick" J, Williams. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Pollentier and step father, Robert Pollentier; his sisters, MaryAnn Boutotte and Heidi Williams; brothers in law, Charles"Chuckie" Gallego and Phillip Schembri; nieces, Pamela Kessler and Patricia Ruiz and nephews, Justim Kessler, Melvin J. Kessler III, Jordon Gallego and Christopher Schembri as well as 7 great neices and nephews. He is also survived by his friend and father figure, Jack Glenn.
