Rosa Maria Garcia

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Antonio Garcia and six children: Dalia Gutierrez and her spouse, Eleazar Gutierrez; Antonio Garcia Jr.; Jose Rene Garcia and his spouse, Barbara McAlexander; Conrado Garcia and his fiancé, Connie Vargas; Mayra Larson and her spouse, Cory Larson; and Christian Mendoza and her spouse, Xavier Mendoza. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, all living in San Antonio.

Rosa was a very loving wife and mother and her family meant the world to her. She lived for her family and spending time with her loved ones was her life's joy. She is loved and will be missed by all those lives she touched.

She enjoyed having all her children and grandchildren around her every weekend, and when they told her they could not be with her she would jokingly say, "Por que no" as if she was upset. Her love truly lives on in the ones she loved.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 16th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Porter Loring on McCullough with recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 PM in the Chapel.

On Friday, February 17th at 10:00 AM, a Mass of the Resurrection will be held at Mission San Juan Capistrano, 9101 Graf Road followed by interment in San Jose Burial Park.
