Rosa Maria Ruiz

Rosa Maria Ruiz, born on March 8, 1928 in Deming, New Mexico was called to be with The Lord on August 11, 2021 at the age of 93 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert P. Ruiz; son, Albert B. Ruiz. She is survived by her children, Mary Margaret Rivera, Irma Moreno and Daniel B. Ruiz; grandchildren; Tony Ruiz and wife, Erika Sierra-Ruiz, James Ruiz, John Ruiz, Christina A Solorio and husband, Jose Solorio, Danny Ruiz, Robert Rivera , Cassandra Rivera; great grandchildren, Brandon, Madilyn, Madison, Anthony Justin, Lauren, Harper Gray, Ellie Gray, Mike Rivera, Ashley Chavira, Brooklyn Rivera, Miranda and Sierra; great great grandchild, Aliana Cruz; siblings, Concepcion Alvarez, Ana Maria Bustamante and Jose Ricardo Bustamante.

The Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237 followed by a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.

The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Friday, August 27, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m.Mass of the Resurrection at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 9883 Marbach Rd., San Antonio, TX 78245. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
