Rosie Lee Bright

Rosie Lee Bright, age 90, passed away April 26, 2019, in San Antonio. Rosie was born in Bartlett, Texas February 12, 1929 to Joe Henry and Irene H. Hurd. She first married John H. Fowler, Sr. who was in the Army at the time they met. From their loving union was born John H. Fowler, Jr. and Diana M. Fowler Burton. Later in life she met Charles H. Bright who was also in the Army. They did not have any children together, however the family they raise was still a large loving one. She was preceded in death by, parents, both husbands and son. Rosie Lee is survived by daughter, Diana M. Burton; grandchildren, John Fowler III, Christopher Fowler, Sheila McHenry, Ronnie Fowler, Charlotte Johnson, Corey Fowler, Marc Fowler, Tracie Caine, Angela Johnson and Mary Rodriguez; 35 great grandchildren, 17 great-great grandchildren and a host of other loving relative, cousins, In-laws and friends. Family will begin receiving family and guests on Friday May 10, 2019 at Porter Loring Mortuary North at 10:00 a.m.
