

He was born October 27, 1917 in San Antonio.
Survived by wife, Adelfa Quinones; children, Rudolph G. Quinones, II, Yolanda Wright, Lucille Hooker and husband, Harry, Cynthia Klauss and husband, John; grandchildren, Laura Gonzales, Karen Boswell, James N. Cowger, II, Steven M. Rountree, II, Leroy W. Richter, Nile W. Wright, IV, Wesley P. Richter, Philip E. Rountree; great grandchildren, Katie, Alexander, Christianne Milam, Harry, Heather, Hannah Cowger, Miranda, Sabrina Gonzales; numerous step children and great grandchildren.
He married Adelfa Garza in 1938.
He was a World War II Veteran and stationed in Germany in 1945.
He was a member of the Business and Professional Men's Club in San Antonio, The Lion's Club, The Nooner's Club and one of the original founding members of the "100" Club in San Antonio.
He was very proud to be one of the original members of Trinity Baptist Church.
He and his wife founded Jacala Mexican Restaurant in 1949.
He was a Mason and a member of Davy Crockett Lodge, Alzafar Shrine, and participated in the "Chaparrals".
On this earth, his love for his family was first and foremost.
Although there were many trials and tribulations, in the end the family was united and he died at home surrounded by those he loved.
He looked forward to being united with his Maker and is now celebrating the end of his journey on earth and the beginning of his eternal life.
Out of respect for it's co-founder, Jacala Mexican Restaurant will be closed on Wednesday, October 8, 2003.
