Miss Stephens was a member of Alamo Heights United Methodist Church, the Tuesday Musical Club and Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She is preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Stephens Thomas and brother, John H. Stephens.
Survivors include her niece, Anne Thomas O'Brien and husband, Thomas; nephews, Kenneth W. Thomas, Jr. and wife, Susan; Charles C. Thomas and wife, Kathy; John H. Stephens, Jr. and wife, Margaret; Charles E. Stephens and wife, Debbie; Franklin H. Stephens and wife, Ann; ten great nieces and nephews, Thomas and Lauren Gouger; Ashley Thomas; Clayton, Mason and Caroline Thomas; Moria and Sean Stephens; and Julian and Monica Stephens.
