

Ryan Randall Young, age 35, passed away July 24, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. Ryan Randall Young was born on December 10, 1980 in San Antonio, Texas to Randall E. and Kimberly A. Young. Ryan attended William Howard Taft High School and graduated in 1999. Ryan received his B.S. in Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2014. He was on schedule to receive his MBA in June of 2017. Ryan was a loving husband and father to his wife, Sarah "Sadie" Young, and son, Christopher James Young. Ryan and Sadie are expecting the arrival of their second son, Bryson Randall Young, in October 2016.
Ryan joined USAA in September 2012 and recently received a promotion to serve as a Business Advisor supporting the Real Estate Fulfillment Scalability. Prior to USAA, Ryan was a Team Sales Manager for Team Express, a sporting goods company in San Antonio.
Ryan's first priority in life was his family, Sadie and Christopher. Ryan was currently serving as the President of the USAA Eagle Golf Club, an employee led golf league open to employees, retirees and their guests. Ryan participated in middle school and high school football, basketball, and baseball while attending Jack C. Jordan Middle School and William H. Taft H.S. His first love was baseball but as a young adult, Ryan had become an avid golfer, golf fan, and golf blogger. Ryan hosted his own blog, Front9Back9. In addition to golf, Ryan enjoyed all outdoor activities, especially fishing and the challenge of landing the big redfish or trout.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and grandmother, James and Joyce Young (Papa and Yoyo), and maternal grandfather, Lee Ingram (Bape). Ryan is survived by his wife, Sarah "Sadie" Young; son, Christopher James Young; son on the way, Bryson Randall Young; parents, Randall E. and Kimberly A. Young; brother, Kyle I. Young and wife Kelly B. Young and niece Kate B. Young, sister, Britni C. Young; grandmother, Kathryn A. Ingram and nephews, Nathan Torres and Jacob Torres and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
