
A strong and courageous man, Salvador battled cancer for 3 years. One of the highlights of his life was attending and graduating from Sidney Lanier High School where he played Varsity Football. He was also a graduate of St. Mary's University.
Salvador Savage served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Rosemary Benavides.
Salvador is survived by his parents, Salvador S. Aranda, Sr. and Carmen C. Aranda; son Salvador S. Aranda III and wife, Jennifer; daughter, Nicole Ann Flores; grandsons, Jonathan Aranda and Adrian Aranda; granddaughter, Alexandria Nikole Torres; special friend and long time companion, Elena Helen Gonzales; sister, Dolores Zertuche; brothers, Roland Aranda, Edward Aranda and wife, Samantha and James Aranda; sisters, Mary Elizabeth Barrera-Gomez and husband, Rene; Deborah Galindo and husband, Simon; Dorcas San Miguel and Roger Ramon; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of lifelong friends.
