Salvador Gallardo

Salvador Gallardo, age 74 was called home to the Lord on Sunday, March 10, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. Salvador was born in Guerrero, México where he dreamed of coming to America and giving his family the best life possible. He made his dream a reality and brought such joy and love while making a home in San Antonio, Texas. His hard work and devotion led him to do great things by his family and he was someone who could be depended on.

You could find Salvador hanging out with his family watching and cheering on soccer games, a sounding memory that will always remain close. When he wasn't watching sports he loved driving his PT cruiser to explore and shop at the local markets. Finding treasures and making lasting connections with the vendors was easy for him as his personality was one in a million. Salvador was a very loving, selfless family man who was not afraid to call "BS" and tell you how it is. When it came to his children and grandchildren, they could do no wrong as he held such selfless care and love to them.

Left behind to honor Salvador's legacy are his children, Elleni Gallardo, Omar Gallardo, Liliana Gallardo, Dianey Gallardo-Logan and Daniel Gallardo; and his grandchildren, Eligh Gallardo, Gizelle Logan, Jazlynn Logan, Patrick Sanchez, Alexis Gallardo Munoz, Maryam Rose Munoz, Vivian Munoz, Marc Gallardo Logan, Monica Gallardo Logan and Luna Bella Gallardo.

A visitation for Salvador will be held Friday, March 22, 2024 at 9:00 AM at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 700 Dewhurst Rd, San Antonio, TX 78213. A Rosary and Vigil will occur at 9:30 AM with the funeral mass taking place at 10:00 AM. A committal service will follow at 1:00 PM at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 3250 Fredericksburg Rd, Kerrville, Texas 78028.
