Don’t know what Samuel would be like as a 21 year old in this world. He was  not meant to be here for a reason we don’t understand. God had special plans for him so he took him home. Our hearts were broken. We  love you, miss you, but  will see you again. Grandma and Grandpa.

You were so little yet you touched so many lives. Be your family's angel and watch over them. They cannot measure how much you will be missed.

Have only known you a short time but oh how much you have taught me about strength, perserverance and love.  My name is emily and i am 15 years old. My brother was recently relesed from Sant Rosa. He was there for 109 days due to Heart problems and a horrible accident by the doctor during surgery. He is now three but at the age of only four days under went a clinical death. I know how hard it is to lose a loved one specially one so innocent. I can relate because i was the one who had to write his obituary. Thankfully in a matter of hours between the hospital room and morgue Rudy now three pulled through. Your family will be in my prayers. But please always remember to keep God in sight and realize that he probable needed samuel more than you did and loves you all very much. You all must stick together and know that samuel is sending his love from above. May God Bless You All
