Don't know why my Memories don't show up, but you're being remembered every year. You'd be so proud of your boys who are both young men now. Like you once told me, Mario was always a good father to the boys & he still is. He visits with them as often as he can because he travels a lot with his job. 3rd Anniversary. Your wonderful boys are doing fine. Their Dad is still looking out for them & still remains strongly in their lives. You told me once that my Son was a great Dad.  As you look down from Heaven, you can see your boys thriving and their Father still guiding them down the right path and being there for them.  This year he taught Stephen how to drive,  get his Drivers License, and got him a car. They're both growing up fast. Matthew is also doing great in College.  We Miss You! You left too soon!

Remembering you on your 2nd Anniversary. Seems like only yesterday when you left us but you are not forgotten! We think of you often.

My Mom called me today that your family found my childhood home in Corpus Christi to tell me you have passed away.  I remember you fondly when I started my first job as a therapist at Warm Springs.  You lovingly played with my baby boy as I had to take him to the office a few times.  I fought my battle with cancer and have survived 17 years, my sincerest prayers and thoughts for your family.  I heard you fought the battle hard and I know you did!  Your boys were beautiful and I know you were an amazing Mommy!! Thank you to your family member who was able to find my Mom and tell me.  I will forever carry you in my heart and know heaven has a beautiful angel up there!  I lost my baby brother 3 years ago and I know he is up in Heaven too, God has some special Angels! May the Peace of the Lord be with your family and loved ones.

 My dearest sister-in-law, we will miss your kind hospitality, your wonderful smile and all you've done for us. You lived a  meaningful life during your time here on Earth, raising your children and being available for family and friends. While it is very painful to see you leave so soon, rest assured that the whole family will continue to celebrate you and support Matthew and Stephen and the rest of the family. You leave a wonderful Legacy with your family and the boys will continue to look to the heavens for your inspiration and guidance as they pray and speak with our Father in heaven. 

While I ponder the question “why does God seem to take the best of us so early in our lives?”, I always come to the same conclusion and that is… God is building a great army of Angels in Heaven and he's recruiting the strongest and most faithful. It would appear that while you will be dearly missed here on Earth, you are needed more in Heaven at this time. Thank you for being such a great model of Strength and Faith for all of us during your time here on Earth. You will truly be missed...

Sandy, work is not the same without you. I miss seeing you at work, i miss going to your office and talking to you, we would talk about work, fun times, and how long we have been at warm springs. I still remember back in the day helping you file, and you getting mad at me cause I didn't do it the way you liked it, but you would still let me help you. My dearest friend you will forever be in my heart. Gone but not forgotten! I miss you Sandy more then you know. 

Sandy was my boss for many years at Warm Springs. I'm no longer there but your memory will always be part of Medical Records at that Hospital. Rest in Peace sweet lady.

To my beautiful, strong, loving, sister-in-law.  There are no words to express how we feel.  You're time was way too short here with us but in that short time you brought so much happiness to others and most importantly life to my two amazing nephews, Matthew and Stephen.  We will miss your calming way, because we all know sometimes the Garza's really need that ;-).  Your loving, strong, positive way will carry on through your boys, who are going to do great things as you watch over them from above.  You will live on with us in our heart, thoughts, and memories.  We miss you and cherish the short time we all had with you .

When you divorce and have a small child you always worry about who your ex-spouse will marry and help raise your child. Fortunately I was beyond blessed when Mario married Sandy. She was the BEST role model I could have asked for. She was kind and gentle and never a bad word between us. She loved and cared for Robert like he was her own. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL that she had a hand, over the last 20+ years, in helping make Robert the man he is today. I will always consider her my friend.  

Sandy was a shining example of a Mother to our Grandsons, Matthew & Stephen & a wonderful, kind, & giving person to her Stepson, Robert. She loved Oscar's "burned & well done" BBQ & she & I were always the last ones at the table because we both ate so slow. She had a beautiful smile & a genuine heart. Her love & teachings will live on through her sons & she will be truly missed by all whose lives she touched in such a short time here on earth. 

God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put his arm around you
And whispered, "Come to Me".

With tearful eyes we watched you
And saw you pass away
And although we loved you dearly,
We could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating
And now at peace you rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us

Our condolences and prayers are with the entire family.  Sandy will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.  Her memories will live on forever.  She was such a great and kind person whom we all loved dearly. ❤

Sylvia, Susie, and Mrs. Sanchez- When I think of Sandy I see her beautiful smile followed by her infectious laughter.  I know she is gracing heaven with that smile, whole again and forever watching over you from above. May God give you peace beyond conprehension. My prayers are with you.

    I have had the privilege of working with Sandy for several months now. She was always very pleasant and professional. Always had a smile and able to help when  asked. She was very proud of her sons and wore college shirt to the school her son was attending.
   Please remember all the smiles and laughter she brought to everyones life. She had a way of touching you and bringing comfort and peace. In time the tears of sadness will turn to tears of joy with beautiful memories to you each hold dear to your hearts. please

I will always cherish our high school days. Sandy was one of the sweetest, kindest friends I have  ever known. She could always laugh at herself when silly things happened (falling down stairs in school)...and Sylvia, I, and the rest of our friends were always there to witness it. I’ll always cherish our memories of riding up and down Avenue F...Acuna...prom...hanging out at her house on Avondale...talking on the phone for hours...and watching her perform with Belles during halftime. Though we lost touch through the years, Sandy was never far from my heart.  I am saddened she is gone...it is much too soon. The only comfort I find is knowing she is no longer in pain and is now smiling down on us from Heaven. My prayers go out to her family - Susie...Sylvia...Mrs. Sanchez...and of course, her children. Rest In Peace my dear friend. Love you!
