Santos was born March 17, 1953, in Eagle Pass, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Suzy; two sons, Joel Hernandez and Samuel Hernandez and their families.
Santos was Corporate Chaplain of Zachry Construction Corporation and pastor of Impact Fellowship of San Antonio. Santos was a beacon of hope and was always ready to serve anyone that was blessed to have known him. His ministry reached across Texas and many people came to know the Lord because of his testimony.
He always led by example and would never ask anything of anyone that he would not do himself. Everyone that knew Santos loved him and he will be missed dearly.
