

A world renowned artist, mother of three children and ten grandchildren, who put her family first. Sally had a creative flare and loved to paint and sculpt. She had many friends and gathered new friends daily. Sally had a passion for her country. She was filled with joy in the Holy Spirit.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Col. Jack Murphy; daughter, Catherine Ann Murphy; son, John Michael Murphy; daughter, Beth Murphy Cory and ten grandchildren, Lindsay, Kelsey, Griffin, Haley, Jack, Tripp, Grace, William, Mary-Kate, Jack and her sister, Mary Helen Smith.

Today's Mass is for the residents of AFV
Mass, Burial and Celebration of Life to be held at
Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington Virginia.
Family is awaiting confirmation for final date and time, anticipated to be held in the coming months on a sunny day!
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the: Fisher House Foundation, a program recognizing the special sacrifices of our men and women in uniform by providing lodging for their families during a time of hospitilization and treatment of a loved one at VA Medical Centers.
