As a Weeblo Boy Scout, he earned the "Arrow of Light." Scott also enjoyed video games and his nieces and nephews.
Scott is survived by his parents, Franklin and Danella Collier; sisters, Dee Dee Peterson (Eric), Dara Collier-Jordan (Tom); nieces, Reagan and Sophie Jordan; nephews, Davis and Harrison Chitwood, James Petersen; and great nephew, Kyle Chitwood.
