Sebastiana Jaramillo Perez

Sebastiana "Tana" Jaramillo Perez, 93, of Lubbock, Tx, passed away December 31, 2020. She was born in Detroit, MI on August 1, 1927 to Valdomero Jaramillo and Romana Sanchez de Jaramillo. She was married to Jose Teofilo Perez for 54 years. Tana had a passion for reading, sewing, crafts, and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Teofilo Perez; daughter, Gloria Perez Hoffman; and grandson, Armand Gerard Neri.

She is survived by son-in-law Anthony J. Hoffman, son, Jose J. Perez, wife Dona Perez, daughter, Elisa Perez-Neri, husband Gerardo Armando Neri, son Arturo J. Perez, and Luz Astrid Castillo; Grandchildren Anthony Jerome Hoffman, wife Brandy Hoffman, Brian Francis Hoffman, wife Julie Hoffman, Kevin Mitchell Hoffman, Cody Joseph Perez & Elia Price, Tori Marie Perez, Alexia Elle Neri, and Steffanie Nicholle Perez; Great-grandchildren Josiah, Asher, Caleb, and Zeke Hoffman; Fable and Hugo Hoffman.

A visitation for Sebastiana will be held Thursday January, 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. A funeral service will occur Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 12:00 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home. An interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd, San Antonio, TX 78237.

Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation and Rosary at Funeraria del Angel Trevino - 226 Cupples Road 78237 - will be limited to 25 people in the building at a time. Face coverings are required at all times.
