Sergio G Cortez

Sergio Guadalupe Cortez of San Antonio, TX and formerly of El Paso, TX, left to be with the Heavenly Lord on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. He leaves behind his wife Myrna and his two beautiful children, Amanda (Matt), and Cristian. He also leaves behind the light of his life granddaughter Mila Grace. Left to cherish his memory are his sister Esperanza Felhaber (Federico), and brothers Victor Cortez (Angela), Cesar Cortez (Raquel), Hector Cortez, and Esteban Cortez. He was loved by numerous nieces and nephews. Sergio was a proud El Paso High School graduate and a Veteran of the United States Navy. Sergio loved being with family and sharing old stories. He found most joy being home with his granddaughter Mila. May you rest in Peace, Brother. Funeral Services will be held in San Antonio, TX on May 26, 2022.
