Sharon retired in 1987 from AT&T (formerly PacBell) after 24 years. She was an avid gardener and animal lover. She loved spending time with her grandsons.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Farar; sons, Jonathan Farar and wife, Jennifer, and Justin Farar; grandchildren, Jacob and Joshua; brother-in-law, Tom Farar and wife, Alison; sister-in-law, Bonnie Allen and husband, Stewart, and numerous nieces, nephews and an extended loving family.
A visitation will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
A private service will be held at a later date for the family.
