My deepest condolences. My heart is so sad.  Sherry and I have been good friends for 43 years.  Since I was 18 yrs old.  She was my coworker, supervisor and eventually became one of my dearest friends.   I will miss you my friend.   Ann,  Jeff and I are here for you.  You are in our prayers today and always. I MET sherry in 1980 when she was my Supervisor At Anser-phones Inc. this was my very first job, She was down to earth and an awesome supervisor. When my co-workers got upset with me for being too slow she sat me down and talked me out of quitting  this was the beginning of my career of being a PBX Operator  (36 years) with hospitals and call centers. WHEN the company got sold and we went on to other jobs, I found out that Sherry went to work for the same company that my Dad worked for Shoenfeld Materials / Alamo Concrete. My Dad had been there for over 25 years !!!  After he left the job Sherry called me to tell me what a great man that my dad was. I appreciated that. Sherry thank you for that !!! Ann, Mark & Mike, May you all find peace and comfort knowing you are not alone during this time of grief and sorrow.  I was blessed to have Sherry as my best friend and she will always hold a special place in my heart.  We go back to 1975 when I went to work at Anser-Phones and we never lost contact over the years, no matter where life took us. Ann and family, Times like these make it very difficult to put your trust in God. But, it is exactly these times when we have to lean upon His truth, His Word, His promises and know that He is in charge and we can trust Him. Although it may be difficult to understand now why this has happened, we also know that, with time, we will be able to look back and understand how this really was part of God's plan after all. I know it's easy for me to say, but that is the truth. God IS still in control! Give Him your grief and sorrows--they will be so much lighter when we allow Him to help carry them with/for us.
