

We will miss his thoughtfulness, relentless sense of humor, exciting stories, crazy parties he used to throw, and all the amazing tax advice he gave to his many clients.
Phil was a proud veteran of the Air Force which provided an opportunity for traveling the world as a family, resulting in many diverse and educational experiences as well as plenty of joyful memories.
Phil is survived by his wife Argent of 18 years, son Lawrence (Larry) and wife Elena; daughters Patty and Jacque; step children Janice and Mark; step grandchildren Jessica, Rachael and Kristin; five great-grandchildren and brothers Ed and Jim.
Phil was predeceased by his first wife Della Marie King and mother of his four children, son Michael, brother Larry and his parents.
Phil’s family sends heartfelt gratitude to Josie Ramos who provided loving personal and nursing care to Phil; to Judy Wesley, who provided him with considerate emotional support, counseling, and guidance; and to Kimberley (Kimmy) Dennison for her devoted friendship; and to all his friends and family for their thoughts and prayers.
A Graveside Service with military honors will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 11:15am. In lieu of flowers or condolences, the family asks that you honor Phil by offering a kind gesture or lending a hand to someone in need.
