He was a loving father, son, grandfather, brother, friend and co-worker.
He is survived by: his wife of 15 years Sonia; 5 children; Tiffany & Louis Sanchez; Kelley & Brandon Robertson; Brandon & Kristin Granato; Juan & Erica Gutierrez and Garret Granato; 3 brothers; Terry Granato; Mark & Lorraine Granato and Jeff & Vanessa Granato; sister Brenda & Steve Tschirhart; 8 grandchildren, Xavier, Alexis, Nikolas, Grace Jacob, Kendyl, Luca and Analee.
Steve was an avid outdoorsman; who loved to fish at the coast, trips to the hill country to deer hunt and dove hunting, wherever he could.
Steve's most cherished things in life were spending time with family and friends. He was at his best behind a Barbeque pit and making sure everyone was taken care of.
Everyone else always came first with Steve. He taught us all how important love and friendships are in life; it came easy to him.
That's who he was.
He was the best.
