Steven Michael Officer Franco

Born in San Antonio in 1977, Steven was a well-rounded, multi-talented, loving family man and a friend to many. He was very patriotic and loved his ten year service as a police officer and eighteen years as an Army Reservist. Steve was great at barbecuing, being with his family and enjoyed playing games with his kids – being a big kid at heart himself.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Amado Frias; and paternal grandparents Juan and Anita Franco. Survivors include his loving wife, Leslie Franco; 6 children, Amelia Franco, Emiliano Franco, Alexandra Franco, Jessie Franco, Persephone Alicea, and Penelope Alicea; his parents, Jesse and Hortencia Franco; 2 sisters, Melissa Mejia and husband Art, and Jessica Franco and friend Dez Mojica; his grandmother, Evelina Frias; an uncle, Rudy Frias and his wife, Frances; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 25, from 6:00-7:00 P.M. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
