Susan Monique Watkins, 77, of San Antonio passed August 6, 2024. Susan was born to Virgil E Brown and Velta Johnson, August 27, 1946, in Parma, Missouri. She graduated from MacArthur High School in 1964. She married Allan Watkins in 1970, and they lived together in San Antonio, Texas.
She is survived by: daughter, Michelle Watkins, step daughters Deborah Strouse and Sherral Coleman, sister, Phyllis Alley, brothers, Virgil Brown and Roland Brown and her step mother, Katy Brown. Susan worked as a secretary at Kelly Field AFB, an office assistant at Weight Watchers and as an office manager for Methodist Healthcare. She enjoyed traveling, racing cars, crafting, sewing and spending time at the Walker Ranch Senior Center with her friends. She was also actively involved in Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, and the Delta Rho Delta National Sorority.
A service is scheduled for Tuesday, August 13th, 5:00PM at Sunset Memorial Park on Austin Highway..
