

She was a Phd graduate of UT Austin. As an educator she touched many lives, including, but not exclusive to those at Memorial High School, East Central High School, UTSA Health Science Center and Palo Alto Community College. Tess worked at S.W. Research Institute and Sentry Insurance.
She was a member of the Mission Belles Chorus, and an Honored Hero of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Katherine A. Morkovsky and her parents, Henry J. and Mary A. Morkovsky. Survivors: loving husband of 16 years, Robert Bob Arburn; step children, Donald Arburn and wife, Jennifer, and Ginger Rogers and husband, William all of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Jessica Waters, Abel Garcia-Rogers, Nicolas Arburn and Rhiannon Rogers; sisters, Sister Mary Christine Morkovsky, CDP of San Antonio, TX, Helen L. Cyr of Prague CZ Republic, Agnes M. Raz and husband, Joe of Bastrop, TX, Rose A. Hauger, and Ann F. Adams and husband, Gerald all of Floresville, TX; brothers, Henry C. Morkovsky and wife, Nina of Rockport, TX, John A. Morkovsky and wife, Eunice of Victoria, TX and Paul E. Morkovsky and wife Dolores of Shiner, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
