Theresa D. Ramirez

Theresa D. Ramirez, born December 15, 1949, in San Antonio, TX, passed away on February 27, 2025. She was a beautiful woman who was always present when she was needed the most and always offered her home for family and friends in need of a place. She was a wonderful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was known for her lovely and sassy personality, personal recipes for her legendary glaze for ham, Chex mix, and delicious menudo. She had a deep love for the color purple, which she always felt represented her spirit. She enjoyed playing Bunco, Bingo, Loteria and slot machines at the casinos and deeply cherished time spent with family and friends. We love her very much and will miss her presence dearly; she will forever be in our hearts.

She is preceded in death by her parents Juan and Juanita Dominguez, husband Ramiro E. Ramirez Sr., sisters Lydia, Esperanza, Clotilde, and brothers Ramiro and Raul Dominguez.

She is survived by her sister Mary, daughters Melissa, Jessica and husband Pedro, son Ramiro Jr. and wife Rachel, grandchildren Marisa (Rene), Mariah (Daniel), Maria, Caitlyn (Andres), Destini, Zoe, Alexis, Batista, Jasmin, Jaslynn Janelle, great grandchildren Amaya, Ava, Amerie, and great grandbaby boy on the way, sisters-in-law Pilar and Betty, and numerous friends and relatives.

A visitation for Theresa will be held Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, TX 78211, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
