

Thomas Joseph (Tommy) Keese went to be with the Father on July 9, 2023. He was born in Houston, Texas on January 3, 1984. He moved with his family to San Antonio in 1990. He attended Churchill High School and attended Blinn College and Texas A&M University.
Tommy was a landscape designer and construction manager in San Antonio and later in Colorado and Austin, Texas. He was an avid sportsman and outdoorsman who loved snowboarding, hiking, riding his mountain bike, kayaking, playing golf, fishing, hunting and spending peaceful time communing with nature. He found his peace in the wilderness. He had a lot of loving and loyal friends who brought him so much happiness. He will be greatly missed.
His is survived by his mother, Maria (Rick); father Joseph (Olga); brother Logan (Kate) and stepsister Rocio Davila (Pablo); his aunt Jan Keese Amyx (Jim); and Uncle John Keese (Annaliese); numerous nieces and cousins and his loyal companion, Nyla.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jack and Dorothy Keese, his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Helen Hurt, his friend Walker Best and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to thank the professional and compassionate help provided by the San Antonio EMS and the loving and empathetic care by the nurses and staff at Methodist Main Hospital, especially his nurses Octavia, Felicia and Elizabeth. They were truly angels sent by our Lord to care for him in his final hours on this earth.
His cousin, the Reverend Douglas Earle, will conduct the services on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 11:00 am at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
