

He will be greatly missed by his parents, his brother Christopher and wife Robin and their two children, Zachary and Ashley, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his brother Brian of Bethesda, Maryland; his brother Robert and wife Laura of Richardson, Texas; his best friend Chasity McCoy of Rockdale, Texas; his grandmother Betty Hinshaw of West Liberty, Ohio; his grandfather Marvin Hinshaw of Edgewater, Florida; his grandmother Maggie May Davis of Dunwoody, Georgia; his aunt Marlene Hinshaw Cooley and her husband Dan and their two children Sara and Keith of West Chester, Ohio; his uncle David M. Hinshaw and his wife Ruth of Edgewater, Florida and their daughter Michelle of Greensboro, North Carolina; and his uncle Charles Davis of Kailua, Hawaii.
Tim was a 1999 graduate of Churchill High School where he played trombone in the Charger Band and a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University where he was active in Alpha Phi Omega fraternity, organizing blood drives and coaching youth softball.
He was a member of Coker United Methodist Church.
Tim enjoyed all sports and participated in McAllister Park Little League Baseball, Coker United Methodist Church youth basketball, and football at Eisenhower Middle School.
At the time of his death, Tim was living in Clinton, Missouri, and pursuing entrance into the United States Army to train as a helicopter pilot.
