Timothy Allen Swanson Cpl USA

He was born in Ft. Hood, Texas on March 25, 1985.

Tim was a member of the Clark High School R.O.T.C. and following his graduation in 2003 immediately entered the US Army. He was stationed in Ft. Knox, Ft. Carson, Germany, and Ft. Hood, during which time he re-enlisted, bravely serving 2 tours in Iraq.

There were no limits to his enthusiasm for the outdoors and sports, as he found joy in fishing, hunting, hiking, paintball and martial arts.

Tim loved his time with family and friends, especially visiting with his grandparents in Texas and Wisconsin, and attending movie nights with his friends.

In addition, Tim will always be remembered for having a wonderful smile and strong and steadfast spirit.

Not only was he an American hero, most importantly, he was OUR hero who will always be missed.

Tim is survived by his loving parents, Dana and Keith Howard; siblings, Carrie and Charles Howard; grandparents, Delwin and Caryle Swanson, Charles and Lucille Howard; great-grandmother, Hilda Swanson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
