Dear Sharon and George, 
Danny and I were out of town, but Mom called me about Traci -- she'd read it in the Sunday paper. Danny and I are both so very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine how hard this has been for you. I remember when you had to drive over to see Traci when she was living near Houston, I believe. I know it was a blessing that she was able to come home and be closer to you all these past years. May you take comfort in knowing that you have many friends that are thinking of you at this difficult time. You have my heartfelt sympathy. Love, Julie

I go into work at 10pm at night. It is dark when I get to work, and it is still dark when I leave. I worked on your daughters home for 1 year. Your daughter was my sunshine and light. If it was dark, you could still hear Traci and her radio, and the smile that she would give you when you walked into her room, would "light" the place up! Traci and her smile could light up any room, and Traci had a way to make you just feel better. Traci had a calm about her that was comforting, and she made me feel like I was back at home sitting in my parents kitchen, smelling flowers and eating cookies that were fresh from the oven. For the love and comfort that she gave me, I can never say thank you enough. I was blessed and honored to have known her. Traci was loved by all, and at this time, I want your family to know that Traci loved you. Traci had love from 2 families: your family, and the SASS family. Traci will always be loved, and she will be terribly missed, but Traci, like the sun, will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time ofsorrow. Sorry we couldn't be there but health concerns won't allow us to come.

The sweetest thing that I will always remember about Ms. Traci is that whenever or wherever I would see her I would speak to her and she would speak back to me and use my name. She would always tell me,"Hi Ms. Garnette, everything is going okay today." I found out later on that I was the only person she would say that response to. I will miss your greeting Ms. Traci.

My name is Mercedes Bates and I have worked with Traci for many years.She worked st the Developmental Center Workshop with Stephani Sobeck her trainer.Traci was one of the best contributors to our workshop. I will remember Traci as a beautiful, loving,and courageous womam. Please remember that Traci always had a smile for anyone that crossed her path. Traci will always be remembered. I wish I could say something that would ease your pain, maybe this will help alittle. I am a campus coordinator on the night shift at SASS. I want you to know that on the night shift Traci always had someone with her, Traci loved to hear the radio and she knew the songs better than us..Towards the end we offered her all the ice she could eat, warm hugs, words of love, and her knowing that we were there with her. We never met due to the shift that we work, but I want you to know that we all loved Traci. I lost my oldest son last January, he was only 39 years old, I know what you are going through, my prayers are with your family at this time.

Altough I never had the pleasure of meeting Traci I'm sure that she was from the same mold as Scott and therefore was a wonderful person. To the Tudhope family our hearts and prayers are with you and feel free to call upon any of Scotts' extended family for anything you might need. Dearest Sharon, My heart is broken for you and for your family. I am so deeply saddened for your loss of Traci. I always remembered that Traci and Kelly shared the same birthday and somehow that comforted us, as mothers. Now Traci is with my Kelly and they are both perfect in body, mind and spirit.
