He was born in Ada, Oklahoma to parents Fred Harrison and Maudie Luevada Lacy. Bill was a great patriot who fiercely defended our Constitution and his personal rights as an American. He was a humble man who loved his family and friends and had a wonderful sense of humor. Bill was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Bob Alva Lacy. He is survived by and his wife, Dawn Lacy of San Antonio and his sister, Shirley Bennett of Clayton, New Mexico .
The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
March 5, 2014 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
A private graveside service will take place at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
