Vicky was very devoted to her family and loved working with ceramics, crocheting, and working with various arts and crafts.
She married the love of her life, Alfred S. Alvarado, Jr., her high school sweetheart and husband of 31 years.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Alfred S. Alvarado, Jr.; son, Alfred C. Alvarado III and his wife, Janie; daughters, Melissa Ann C. and Mandy Nicole C. Alvarado; three grandchildren, Alfred H. IV, Alexander and Amber Celeste Alvarado, all of San Antonio; brother, Henry Calderon III of San Antonio; sister, Diane Rogers of Houston, TX, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to give a special "thank you" to Dr. Dennis Pacl and the Pallative Care Team at Methodist Hospital.
