

Vinh’s career had him working in sales for Hunt Taylor and then he became a Marketing Specialist which had him traveling all over South Texas, so he quit that job in order to stay home, close to his wife, and at that time he started fixing and selling houses. Vinh’s interests included riding his motorcycle, he loved animals, traveling, gardening, and talking about politics.
Vinh was preceded in death by his parents James and Ingeborg Taylor; and his brother, Tim Taylor. He is survived by his wife, Tuyet Nguyen; his sister, Monica Elder and husband, Don; and his brother-in-law, Tuan Nguyen.
The family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses of Mays Cancer Center and James Denno; Daniel the Pharmacist and the staff of the Pharmacy at Walmart on Austin Hwy. The Team of Home Care Services, Gilbert Cortez, Sergio, Maria. Many friends who supported, prayed and visited him; Arnie, Terri Glascock, Mark Eberwine, Ray Ximenes, Pam, Fred Kenny, Dave Cox, Shoot, Alen Goss, Mc Dang from Virginia, Steve, Nong from Tong Thai Restaurant, Ron Chin, Betty Gentle, Linda Seeligson, Rob Everberg, Roger Hills, Class of 1975 Roosevelt High School, friend from Vietnam, Anh Duc, Hien Oanh, K Phung, Phung, Tanh, Trinh, Dao, and many more.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel; 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218.
